of work: development of environmental health indicators
to better describe links significance of the cumulative burden of exposures
to environmental contaminants and their significance for health; disparate
impacts of environmental pollution; children’s environmental health; policy
responses for control of persistent pollutants that accumulate in the global
environment; and approaches to integrating public concerns and precautionary
principles into public policy for toxic substances.

include: review of regulations and supporting documents
on use of methyl bromide for California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation;
review of information about effects of pesticides on children for the Natural
Resources Defense Council; development of an inventory of mercury sources
in California for Clean Water Action.
